RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Item(s) may be returned under the following conditions;

– Items can be returned within 30 days from purchase date
– Items must not be used, washed, soiled or damaged by the customer
– Items must have original tags and packaging

Item(s) that are not returnable or refundable are;
– Promotional items and free gifts

Items that are returned which do not adhere to the conditions above will be returned back to the customer.

RETURN PROCEDURE

At Boot Training Brasil, we try to make returns as easy as possible.

In the event that you require a change in size, color, product, or are simply not happy with your purchase, please return your original items for a refund or Exchange.

All eligible items returned, will have the value of the items refunded back to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

For the return of the new product after the exchange, we will send a link to the payment of the delivery.

Please note that customers are responsible for covering any fees associated in returning products, unless the product is damaged or with any problem, in this case we will pay the costs of return.

STEPS DO BEGIN A RETURN

  1. Please ensure items being returned adhere to our Returns Policy.
  2. Contact our support team to initiate a return for your original items. We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide you with instructions.
  3. We recommend customers return items via a traceable or registered method.
  4. Once we have received your return, and if the items adhere to our returns policy, we will process your refund back to your original payment method, typically within 24-48 business hours and notify you via email.
