Shipping is calculated on an individual basis via weight, location and service type.
We offer shipping on all orders within Australia and for New Zealand.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking details.
For International customers, we recommend that once your order has landed into your country, that you use your national postal network website to track your parcel. For example, a customer in the United States can use the “USPS” website and enter the tracking number to see more detailed information.
For countries that do not allow us to use Pack and Track International, we will use Registered Post which has limited tracking while in transit, but will be
visible once it has arrived into the destination country. It will require a signature on delivery otherwise it will not be left at your premise, and will be taken to your local post office for collection.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?
Our Processing Times is up to 3 weeks + Shipping by Australia Post ( 2 to 6 days)
Please take these as a rough guide. Generally, orders are received quite quickly. However, they are subject to circumstances out of our control such as:
– Peak times (Christmas)
– Weather affecting logistics (floods, bush fires, cyclones)
– Industrial actions (strikes)
If you have not received your item(s) more than 5 working days after the “estimated” time of arrival, please contact us and we will investigate further.
